Not many people ever take the chance, nor recognize that a love for outdoor activities could lead to becoming a business. With Mindi it was a logical next step in her life. She loved nothing more than to go camping and becoming a part of the area she was exploring. Having moved to Cedar City Utah, and building a home there, starting an outdoors oriented business was next.

Red Rock Hikin' N Bikin' was located in at 2303 North Coral Canyon Boulevard Suite #F Coral Canyon a town just South of Cedar City Utah. The shop sold outdoor apparel, gear for hikers, and also sold and repaired mountain bikes as well. Mindi did all this while also pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the same time! She also lead and supported tour groups of the area along with other businesses.
